Organisation Information
The WB3C is on its way to become an international organisation with a seat in Montenegro. It shall be open for accession to other countries and international organisations. The other WB6 participants, who are the beneficiaries of the WB3C activities, shall have an open invitation to accede. The international agreement establishing the WB3C lays out a structure with three principle bodies. Members of the WB3C shall have representatives in the Governing Board, which makes all strategic decisions. The Director General shall be the legal representative of the WB3C and in charge of the Secretariat staff. The Advisory Board shall be a board of experts in the fields of the WB3C activities that prepares the training programme under the auspice of the Programme Director. The operation and activities of the WB3C shall be financed by the WB3C members, partners and other contributors.
