The Western Balkans Cyber Capacity Centre (WB3C) was established through the partnership of France, Slovenia, and Montenegro. In October 2023, the Slovenian President, the Prime minister of Montenegro and the French Minister of State for European affairs signed an international Agreement establishing the WB3C as an international organisation, marking a key step in our collective effort to enhance cyber resilience in the Western Balkans.
